As Property Manager, we provide complete care for the buildings entrusted to us. These can be blocks of flats, single-family houses, office buildings of various sizes or historic tenements.

The Property Manager’s job is to provide comprehensive service of the building,  representation of the Community or the Owner, the commission of the renovation and maintenance works, ongoing technical maintenance of the building, commissioning periodic inspections of the installation and maintaining cleanliness outside and inside the buildings, snow removal, accounting and banking services, legal services, etc. The Property Manager can also negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts with utility providers and other external companies.
